Who submits

The application comes from the community. Give the reference (LPS-G-…) or the exact name under which the community was recognised, and the e-mail address it registered with.

Identity and account data are stored encrypted in the board register of the foundation and can only be read by the board of directors. They never appear in public.

The application comes from the recognised community, not from an individual, and the data in this file are correct and complete. The community reports to Lancelot on the use of the support and the result of the project, and allows a visit on site.

The board of directors reads the file in the board register of the foundation. Support only exists by a decision taken by the board. Submitting an application is no guarantee of approval: within 30 days you will see the decision in My community, and a project reviewer may contact you for questions or clarification.
