Register your intentional community or community group

Lancelot supports living communities and community groups, not individuals. A living community lives together in one place and shares daily life: housing, care, food, land. A community group organises around a shared purpose without necessarily living together. Both can register here; choose below which of the two you are. The registration is made on behalf of the community. After registration the board assesses the application for recognition.

Photo of the front of the identity cardTake a photo of the front with your phone, or choose a file. jpg, png or webp, up to 8 MB. We deliberately do not ask for the back: that is where the national register number is.
No camera on this device? Continue on your phone: scan the QR code, take the photo there, and this form continues by itself. Nothing to retype.

The card number and the photo serve to establish who speaks on behalf of the community. They are stored encrypted in the foundation’s register and can be read only by the board; they never appear publicly. The national register number is not asked for and not stored. More in the privacy statement.
